A Airtable Case Study
Diamond Candles is a gift company that hides a ring and a “Ring Reveal” code inside every candle, with ring values ranging from $10 to $5,000. Because those codes, labels, visual assets, and wholesale applications are central to the business, the team struggled with fragmented information and time-consuming manual processes—so the founder adopted Airtable to organize and manage the company’s data and workflows.
Using Airtable, Diamond Candles built custom bases for project tracking, a CRM for wholesale accounts, label planning for 40–50 fragrances, and a visual-asset database with drag-and-drop image sharing; they also used Airtable Forms and API integrations to automate applicant emails and routine tasks. Airtable centralized company information (replacing countless emails), cut down admin time and back-and-forth communication, improved designer collaboration, and provided a scalable system the team can modify as the business grows.
