Frame.ai is an intelligence hub for conversation data that aggregates customer feedback across support systems, CRMs, marketing tools and collaboration platforms. Faced with distributed, hard-to-act-on feedback, Frame.ai bolted its product onto Airtable and Slack to consolidate information into a unified dashboard, detect recurring trends, and surface actionable insights.

Frame.ai implemented an Airtable-driven workflow: a ticketing and notification system built on Airtable bases with API calls to Slack, plus Airtable forms and single‑select fields for content routing and status tracking. Airtable allowed them to replace a single document that tracked up to 60 topic ideas, improve collaboration and assignment visibility, and automate notifications and response routing—making it substantially easier to categorize feedback and act on customer conversations.
