Using Airtable, Roy built a single base that tracks every piece of content (due dates, assigned writer, submission status, attachments), an invoice table to mark payments, and filtered views/share links for writers and clients; he also delivers campaigns as structured Airtable bases with influencer lists and an “Include Thru” field for recurring items. Airtable gave The Edge Group real‑time visibility into revenue and payment status, eliminated lost files and versioning headaches, improved client collaboration, and — according to Roy — saves at least a few hours each week while tightening client relationships.
