Rovuma LNG worked with Airswift to support its new project presence in Maputo, Mozambique, as well as operations in Cabo Delgado. With no prior in-country experience, the team needed help sourcing experienced talent from local and international markets, navigating local regulations, and ensuring compliant staffing across Mozambique, the United Kingdom, the United States, and potential additional locations.

Airswift delivered talent acquisition, professional search, employer of record, and talent mapping services, including candidate attraction, screening, onboarding, compliance checks, and global mobility support. As a result, Airswift was awarded the contract for national and expatriate consultants, became the largest supplier across project locations, and successfully completed a national hiring program with a 100% placement rate, supporting more than 70 positions.
