Airswift supported Leading Metal and Mineral Company, an independent provider of inspection and testing services for the metal and mineral industry, to source a senior leadership team for a laboratory operation in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The customer needed professionals with sub-Saharan management experience, technical testing and analysis leadership, commercial and government negotiation skills, French language ability, and a willingness to live permanently in the DRC.
