Chevron needed support for the Wheatstone LNG project, one of Australia’s largest resource developments, as it faced mass staffing requirements in a remote location. The project was competing for skilled LNG workers amid a global shortage of qualified engineers, and needed to recruit and retain experienced talent across construction, engineering, design, HSE, project controls, and contract management.

Airswift provided contingent labour plus full global mobility services, including immigration support, visa services, onboarding, offboarding, training, and payroll support for contractors moving between countries. With on-the-ground teams in Australia and additional support from Singapore, South Korea, and the United States, Airswift helped Chevron staff the project efficiently; at peak, it supplied 140 contractors over eight years and enabled seamless cross-border transitions.
