Angola LNG, a major LNG operator in Soyo, Angola, needed a large workforce of skilled expatriate and local talent for its $10 billion processing facility. Airswift provided Talent Acquisition, Contract Hire, and Employer of Record services to help the project meet Angola’s Angolanisation requirements while supporting workforce needs across multiple project stages.

Airswift delivered compliant mobilisation of expatriates, visa and work permit support, accommodation and transport coordination, and local on-the-ground assistance through its Luanda office. As a result, Airswift was named the sole employment supplier for the first five years of the project, supported FEED through Production, and supplied over 500 technical and 100 non-technical contractors, split 50% rotational and 50% residential.
