Abt Associates rolls out 20,000+ vaccines with Airswift

Abt Associates was selected by the Australian government to support a Covid-19 vaccine rollout in the remote Western Highlands province of Papua New Guinea. Their challenge was to rapidly provide additional qualified clinical human resources for surge capacity to ensure health facilities remained functional while vaccinating the local population. Abt Associates relied on their partner Airswift for manpower support.

Airswift provided comprehensive manpower and relocation services for the project, including logistical support, verification of certifications, PPE provisions, and 24/7 contractor support. At its peak, Airswift provided over 15 local personnel, which resulted in the successful rollout of over 20,000 Covid-19 vaccines in the province.
