The Benefits Store, a California-based broker and third-party administrator serving local real estate associations since 1984, needed a more flexible and cost-effective e-signature solution than DocuSign. VP of Operations Jake Schroeder wanted a tool that would integrate with their proprietary billing and enrollment workflow, reduce enrollment time, and fit their pricing needs.
They implemented SignNow as an integrated iFrame in their online application so members can sign without leaving the form or creating an account; signed documents flow directly into their billing/enrollment system and carriers via EDI. The change cut enrollment completion times by about one to two days, reduced costs, and delivered secure, HIPAA- and SOC 2 Type II–compliant processing with immediate enrollment confirmations and copies of applications for members.
