EDIFY Background Screening provides nationwide pre-employment background checks, drug testing, driving record checks and verifications for small- and medium-sized employers and non-profits. Although most operations were already paperless, collecting signed service agreements remained a manual, fax-driven step that slowed turnaround times and created a burden for both EDIFY and its clients.
