The Sacramento Kings, playing at the tech-forward Golden 1 Center, pursued a mobile-first fan experience through their Kings + Golden 1 Center app—offering digital tickets, in-seat food ordering, video and advanced stats. Their challenge was to deliver that “ultimate” real-time, personalized experience at scale for fans both inside and outside the arena.
