Libon, Orange’s mobile calling and messaging app, needed to boost registrations, logins and feature use while driving word‑of‑mouth growth. The challenge was to convert casual installers into engaged users across multiple languages and countries and re‑engage lapsed users.

Using Accengage, Libon implemented automated, dynamic push‑notification campaigns: multilingual, deep‑linked messages and targeted scenarios based on user status (new, registered but inactive, frequent visitor, etc.). The program raised registrations by 22 percentage points versus a control group, increased app opens by 30% for users who received pushes, and drove higher feature usage and referrals.
