The company’s goals were to increase active users, improve retention and engagement, promote app usage and generate leads through more effective mobile messaging.

Accengage deployed dynamic segmentation, automated welcome and reactivation programs, targeted push notifications and in‑app messages, timing tests to find optimal send windows, and in‑app pop‑ups to request ratings and feedback. As a result, users targeted with push notifications increased their app usage, reaction rates were optimized by sending messages at the best times, and app store ratings rose sixfold thanks to the in‑app messaging campaign.
