Caribou Coffee, a nearly 800‑location coffeehouse chain and part of the Coffee & Bagel Brands family, sought a better way to engage on‑the‑go customers through its mobile app and loyalty program. As the brand expanded internationally it needed real‑time tools and clearer metrics to drive app usage, promote new products, and make loyalty more sticky.

Using Airship’s push notifications, Message Center, Automation, personalization and analytics, Caribou promoted launches, guided users through an 8–10 day lifecycle journey, and delivered persistent in‑app content to non‑opted‑in users.
