Coca-Cola wanted to extend its global “Reasons to Believe” campaign into mobile in Romania and drive downloads of a Romania-specific app. To do that, Coca-Cola and its agencies turned to Airnow Media, which helped target the right mobile audience with a mix of geographic targeting and ad formats.

Airnow Media built a mobile campaign using geo-targeting across Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, with additional targeting for Android 2.3+ devices and teens. The campaign delivered strong performance, generating a 10.6% clickthrough rate and a 2% conversion rate, and its success led to a second ad flight being added after the initial run.
