Case Study: Boston Architectural College achieves seamless global virtual events and increased alumni engagement with Airmeet

A Airmeet Case Study

Preview of the Boston Architectural College Case Study

The Boston Architectural College (BAC) engages the global architecture and design community through interactive virtual gatherings on Airmeet

The Boston Architectural College (BAC) needed to move its long-running gatherings online during the pandemic and sought a platform that could support large-scale, global events with robust interactivity and hands-on event support. After trying basic videoconferencing and finding limits (single-presenter workflows, poor screen sharing, low engagement), BAC selected Airmeet and adopted Airmeet’s Social Webinar plan to run BAC Talks, alumni gatherings, faculty conferences and a virtual commencement.

Airmeet delivered a managed, feature-rich solution—providing a Stage Management Team, Support Lounge, Social Lounge, Backstage and reliable screen sharing—that made multi-speaker programming and spontaneous attendee networking seamless. The platform supported more than 500 attendees from 41 countries and 26 states with high-quality video and real-time engagement; BAC has since repeated events on Airmeet (including commencement and faculty nano-conferences) and reports higher global alumni participation and stronger networking outcomes thanks to Airmeet.
