A Airmeet Case Study
TEDx Cubbon Park, hosted by Bare Necessities (a Bengaluru-based zero‑waste social enterprise), needed a world‑class virtual platform to run its maiden global TED event on Climate Change and Environment during the pandemic. The small team required rich engagement (chat, emojis, polls), reliable live streaming, easy branding/customisation and an intuitive workflow—capabilities they found lacking in Google Meet and Hangouts—so they selected Airmeet.
Airmeet delivered a branded virtual stage with glitch‑free live streaming, automated recordings and integrated engagement tools (raise hand, polls, emojis, chat) plus social streaming to YouTube and Facebook. The event recorded about 150 registrations with roughly 80 attendees per session and garnered multiple views and comments on social streams; organisers highlighted the platform’s ease for a lean team and plan to continue using Airmeet for future virtual workshops.
