Future-Now, a Hungarian consultancy that helps clients innovate and digitise, needed to pivot in-person gatherings to engaging, secure virtual experiences during the pandemic while also demonstrating environmental benefits. They selected Airmeet as their virtual events platform and used it to run multiple formats—trainings, hackathons, conferences and nationwide gatherings like Girls’ Day—running roughly five Airmeet events per month to meet growing client demand.
By leveraging Airmeet’s conference, networking, booth and analytics features (plus its real-time support lounge), Future-Now delivered scalable, sponsor-friendly virtual events and measured attendee engagement. The switch to Airmeet also enabled concrete sustainability reporting: for one Women in Business event, responses to a simple travel-based calculator showed the virtual format saved 1,420 kg of CO2 (equivalent to driving ~5,700 km or charging a smartphone ~170,000 times). Airmeet helped Future-Now support events from 30 to 700 attendees, improve post-event analytics for sponsors, and enhance their virtual-event services.
