Finplex, a Belgian consultancy that helps accountants digitize, needed to move its highly interactive, table‑based in‑person networking events online while keeping participant engagement and sponsor confidence. After evaluating options, Finplex chose Airmeet’s virtual event platform — using features like the Social Lounge, tables, booths, stage invites and analytics — to reproduce moderated small‑group discussions and live audience interaction.

Hosted on Airmeet, Finplex ran a 4‑hour event with about 400 participants and roughly 30 sponsor booths, losing only ~10 attendees during the event and driving sponsors to call it their best online experience; all 30 sponsors committed to future events.
