Case Study: CII Yi achieves a seamless two-day, 150-participant summit and enhanced networking with Airmeet

A Airmeet Case Study

Preview of the CII Yi Case Study

CII Yi hosts industry leaders and 150 participants for a two day summit & networking event on Airmeet

CII Yi (CII – Young Indians) needed to shift its annual national summit online during the pandemic and sought an India-based, easy-to-use platform with strong tech support, competitive pricing and robust networking features. After evaluating about ten platforms, the volunteer-run organisation selected Airmeet to host its two-day Take Pride 2021 summit for industry leaders and roughly 150 participants.

Airmeet provided end-to-end services—including a dedicated support manager, event coordinator, virtual stage manager, technical host/emcee, design, and event setup—plus interactive features like Tables and Chat to drive networking and live Q&A. The result: Airmeet enabled a flawlessly executed two-day summit with high engagement, reduced back‑end burden on CII Yi volunteers, transparent coordination, and positive feedback for the platform’s pricing and support.
