Culture Funding Watch (CFW), a global network that promotes equal access to information and funding for the arts and culture sector, needed to convert its annual Resource Mobilisation Digithon into a virtual format during the pandemic. CFW selected Airmeet as the event platform to replicate the in-person experience of talks, donor meetings, speed networking and exhibitions for a worldwide audience.
Using Airmeet’s social lounges and tables, speed‑meeting scheduling, exhibitor booths, backstage for speaker prep, live panels and analytics, CFW ran a 24‑hour RMDigithon that attracted 500+ attendees and delivered 442 rounds of speed meetings, 12 parallel panel/training sessions and 49 exhibitor booths. Airmeet’s ease of use, reliable support and session analytics enabled smooth self‑service setup, high engagement and actionable insights, helping CFW expand its global reach and secure donor interest for future events.
