Cascade, a strategy SaaS company, hosted its first-ever Cascade Strategy Fest on Airmeet to make strategy accessible beyond executives. As a maiden virtual festival, Cascade faced the challenge of finding a robust, cost-effective event platform with excellent support, integrating third‑party tools, and keeping a global audience engaged across time zones.
Airmeet delivered a feature-rich, supported solution—chat, session polls, booths, speed meetings, lounge tables and detailed analytics—and helped integrate a third‑party photo booth link. Using Airmeet’s platform and support, Cascade ran ~25 polls, had 300 attendees use and share photo‑booth images on the day, and exceeded expectations with 10,000+ registrations (vs a 5,000 target) and 2,500 global attendees, with smooth sessions and strong attendee feedback.
