A Airmeet Case Study
The United Nations Association in Canada (UNA‑Canada), a national charity focused on youth engagement and civic education, needed to rapidly move its Generation SDG Symposium online during the pandemic and replicate a complex in‑person program — simultaneous sessions, networking and multimedia presentations — with only two weeks to secure platform approval and onboard staff. After evaluating options, UNA‑Canada selected Airmeet’s virtual event platform for its interactive features (Social Lounge, simultaneous sessions, video upload) and nonprofit‑friendly support.
Airmeet provided fast, hands‑on onboarding and a feature set that enabled UNA‑Canada to run HD mainstage sessions, over 20 branded networking tables, simultaneous breakout presentations and easy video playback; over 200 youth participated in the February 20, 2021 symposium, senior leadership praised the superior experience, and the team was able to execute the full program after just two weeks of ramp‑up. UNA‑Canada plans to continue using virtual and hybrid events based on the positive results delivered by Airmeet.
