The National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY), the flagship program of non-profit Talented Youth, needed to move its annual showcase of young filmmakers online amid the pandemic. Evaluating several platforms, NFFTY selected Airmeet to deliver a virtual festival that would support panel discussions, workshops, robust networking, ease of use, and a budget-friendly solution.
Airmeet provided a customizable, clean interface with features NFFTY relied on — Panel Discussions and Workshops with multiple speakers (including a six‑panelist session), a Social Lounge for networking, Q&A and voting, and HD audio/video. The platform powered a successful two-day event with 200+ filmmakers from around the world, generated strong participant feedback and interaction, and enabled NFFTY to plan continued virtual programming with Airmeet into 2021.
