AIC-GUSEC Foundation, a Gujarat University–promoted not-for-profit incubator supported by Atal Innovation Mission, ran the Agrovation startup summit to connect and select agricultural social startups for incubation. Faced with the need to replicate their in-person branding and exhibitor experience online while keeping attendees highly engaged — plus a requirement to deliver detailed post-event data to Startup Gujarat — AIC-GUSEC turned to Airmeet and its social webinar offering, including the social lounge.
Airmeet delivered a branded virtual environment with social tables repurposed as a 50‑booth startup exhibition (each table named and logoed), networking features, polls and Q&A, and robust post-event analytics. The platform supported 100+ participants, helped startups gain visibility, simplified reporting with attendee ratios, graphs and charts for easy submission to Startup Gujarat, and generated positive social buzz (#Agrovation). AIC-GUSEC also cited ongoing onboarding and account management from Airmeet as key to their continued virtual event program.
