Agorapulse, a Paris-based social media management SaaS for agencies, hosted its Agency Summit on July 23, 2021 using Airmeet. After frustrating experiences with other platforms—poor attendee engagement, limited branding/customization, and awkward handling of multiple sessions—Agorapulse needed a virtual-event solution that could recreate in-person “hallway” interactions and support a large, multi-session summit.

Airmeet provided a branded virtual venue that combined live and pre-recorded presentations, customizable live stages and vendor booths, social lounges, speed networking and public chat. The Agency Summit featured 36 breakout sessions with ~50 speakers and 50 brand partners, drew 2,600+ live attendees (projected to exceed 3,000 with on-demand replays), and generated strong social buzz and partner satisfaction—showing Airmeet’s clear impact on engagement and brand experience.
