AEO Tour, a U.S.-based student recruitment firm that runs customized college fairs across East and Southeast Asia, needed to pivot when in-person tours became impossible. To replicate the on-campus fair experience and maintain recruiter–student interaction, AEO Tour chose Airmeet and used Airmeet’s social webinar features to run their virtual recruitment events.

Airmeet provided Virtual Tables, chat, invite-to-stage, analytics and live support that recreated the feel of a physical fair while giving hosts clear visibility into attendance and engagement. Using Airmeet, AEO Tour ran six virtual events so far with 40+ participating universities and nearly 250 attendees at peak events, improved recruiter–student interaction, and gained actionable post-event analytics to measure success.
