A Airmeet Case Study
24 Hours of UX, organized by the global non-profit community 24 LABS, needed to pivot from local in-person meetups to a 24-hour, industry-wide virtual conference that could scale globally, host many simultaneous sessions, and deliver a seamless community experience. They chose Airmeet as the platform to replace corporate-style event tools and to provide a conference-like, community-focused virtual environment.
Airmeet supplied a stable, multi-track event platform with an easy interface, integrations (Eventbrite, Stripe) and 24-hour support, enabling 24 Hours of UX to run ~40–45 sessions over 24 hours with workshops, keynotes and regional community talks. The result was a smooth, large-scale event with more than 3,000 participants, 11 sponsors and 29 community partners, higher-quality programming than prior years, and an ongoing partnership with Airmeet for future events.
