Washington Hill, a 400-space surface lot in downtown Baltimore, was struggling with stagnant performance after years with a traditional parking operator. AirGarage removed the gate arms, installed LPR cameras, improved signage and lighting, and gave Holmes real-time visibility into revenue, occupancy, and driver activity. Without raising rates, Washington Hill’s revenue grew 19.5% in the first few months and 28% over two years, while the lot reached near 100% capacity and its rating improved from 2.3 to 4.25 stars. AirGarage also helped boost utilization with tactics like Half-Off Fridays, and Holmes now sees AirGarage as a true partner rather than just a vendor.
