Commodity Systems Inc. (CSI) is a Boca Raton–based information vendor that provides end-of-day market data and trading analytics to thousands of traders worldwide. CSI struggled with an on-premise PBX that required costly, frequent hardware replacements and reprogramming, and they faced poor customer service and prolonged billing disputes with their previous provider. To move off that model, CSI selected AireSpring and its AirePBX Cloud Business Phone System in summer 2016.

AireSpring migrated CSI to AirePBX, delivering a cloud phone system plus the Accession Mobile and Desktop clients so remote and mobile staff can work seamlessly. As a result of AireSpring’s solution, CSI reports zero voice connection issues, immediate self-service PBX changes via an online portal, improved mobile call handling, and a responsive account team that eliminated lengthy billing disputes.
