Rezdy Simplifies Online Booking With HubSpot + Aircall

Rezdy, a Sydney-based tour and activity booking platform, needed to streamline customer-facing operations hampered by an antiquated phone system. Limited call data, cumbersome routing and a lack of tight integrations with HubSpot were creating friction for support, sales and back-end teams and making it harder to deliver a smooth booking experience.

Rezdy piloted and selected Aircall (with PieSync) for its HubSpot integration, mobile apps, call recording and easy admin controls. The setup enabled rapid routing changes, local numbers, automatic call logging and two-way contact sync so caller context appears in HubSpot. As a result Rezdy gained visibility into call volume (helping secure hiring budget), sped up resolutions, improved sales and support conversations, and delivered a smoother booking experience for operators and customers.
