AINS helped the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General modernize four legacy systems that supported its investigative process. The agency needed a faster, more flexible, and lower-cost way to consolidate complaint and investigation workflows, improve performance and availability, enforce legal compliance, and move to a FedRAMP cloud solution with long-term return on investment.

Using AINS eCase Investigations, the department implemented a unified, web-based case management system with configurable workflows and four integrated modules for Complaints, Investigations, Internal Investigations, and Matters not Investigated. AINS also migrated more than 120 GB of legacy data into the new system, replaced a standalone evidence tool, improved document approvals and security, and reduced implementation time and maintenance costs through its FedRAMP Moderate and FISMA-approved hosted environment.
