The City of Syracuse needed to replace an aging AS/400 system and modernize its parking enforcement and violation collections processes. To manage enforcement, DMV owner-retrieval, billing, collections and reporting, the City implemented AIMS Parking Management Software.

AIMS Parking Management Software provided end-to-end parking management, regular upgrades as part of annual support, and in 2013 added the AIMS Mobile Enforcement App for real-time citation issuance with live integration to the Parkeon Whoosh! meter system. The solution delivered streamlined workflows, prompt vendor support from EDC Corporation, and measurable operational improvements such as real-time citation processing and ongoing system enhancements at no additional charge.
