RHSC enables multilingual translation in 30+ languages with AIM Group

The Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (rhsc), a global network of nearly 500 agencies, faced the challenge of uniting its diverse membership after a years-long hiatus. Their goal was to host a resilient General Membership Meeting in Accra to deliberate on critical sector issues, which required innovative solutions for multilingual communication and local community engagement. They partnered with the vendor AIM Group for conference management.

AIM Group implemented a pioneering AI-powered translation tool, which provided seamless multilingual support in over 30 languages via a simple QR code scan. This eliminated the need for traditional translation booths, significantly reduced costs, and was reported by participants to be high quality. The solution enhanced the multilingual experience and allowed the event to strengthen networks and grow the community, successfully showcasing the capabilities of AI in event management.
