Syngenta, a global agricultural technology company, faced the challenge of transforming its Account-to-Report (A2R) processes. Aico provided an end-to-end engagement, implementing its Platform with solutions for closing task management, journal entries, and account reconciliations. The platform was integrated live with all three of Syngenta's SAP instances. This solution replaced slow manual work with efficient automation, helping Syngenta's finance teams to complete their financial close up to 50% faster and delivering better control and visibility.
