How Sanoma transformed a fragmented financial close process into a harmonized workflow

Sanoma, a media company transforming into a growing learning business, was struggling with a fragmented financial close across 11 countries, 45 legal entities, six currencies and four SAP instances plus other ERPs; internal and outsourced teams and missing tools in several entities created inefficiency and poor visibility.
