Cloud Pergola needed a way to turn a highly complex architectural concept into a real-world installation for the Croatian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. To do so, they worked with Ai Build, using its advanced 3D printing software and robotics capabilities to fabricate the structure.

Ai Build helped produce the Cloud Pergola as a large-scale, high-resolution 3D printed pavilion built by robots in London and shipped to Venice for assembly. The result was one of the world’s largest fully robot-printed structures, measuring 3.3 meters high and covering 57.6 square meters, and it showcased what data-driven, AI-assisted fabrication can achieve in architecture.
