Bottletop, a sustainable luxury brand, partnered with Ai Build to create the interior finishes for its first London flagship store at 84 Regent Street. The challenge was to deliver a retail space that reflected the brand’s values of sustainable luxury, ethical design, and technical innovation, while pushing the limits of modern store construction.

Ai Build solved this by using its proprietary robotic 3D-printing technology and KUKA 6-axis industrial robots to fabricate the store’s interior entirely from Reflow filament, which is upcycled from plastic waste. The result was a zero-waste, world-first retail concept that allowed customers to witness the construction process over two months and interact with the technology firsthand.
