Government of Yukon - Customer Case Study

The Government of Yukon worked with Ahearn & Soper Inc. to build out access control and video surveillance across airport and government sites. The project started with a Lenel Systems PhotoID card printing system and expanded into Access Control at Whitehorse International Airport, along with related security needs at the Whitehorse Law Center, Yukon Archives, Yukon Liquor Corporation stores, and regional airports.

Ahearn & Soper Inc. implemented Lenel OnGuard access control, video surveillance, and custom applications, including the RIN Synchronization Application to keep the airport access control database aligned with the CATSA RAIC database. The system automatically deactivates users with invalid RAIC cards, records anomalies for review, and reduces data entry by copying personal information once into both systems, which lowers keying errors and speeds enrollment.
