Blibli, one of Indonesia’s largest e-commerce sites, faced fragmented product planning: a seven-person product team managing eight core systems relied on PowerPoint, email, Confluence and spreadsheets for roadmaps. This made it hard to answer basic release questions and required six formal roadmap presentations each month to different audiences, creating inefficiency and poor visibility.
The team trialed and adopted Aha!, using tailored views for each audience (board, managers, shareholders) and saving reports as notebooks, PDFs, or password-protected pages. The result was centralized, scalable roadmap management, clearer strategic focus, faster sharing and collaboration, and a healthier, growing product organization with plans to expand Aha! usage for idea management.
