After adopting Aha!, Temando centralized feature assessment, capacity planning and roadmaps using the Features board, capacity bars, Aha! notebooks, the Ideas portal and Slack integration. This replaced ad hoc docs and emails, sped up prioritization and decision-making, delivered robust reporting (covering about 90% of requested views), and gave engineers greater confidence that work was well-defined and aligned to product and business goals.
