Jack Henry & Associates’ Banno Platform, a digital-banking product used across the company’s ~6,000 employees, faced difficulty aligning priorities across many teams (iOS, Android, JavaScript, Product, Services, Infrastructure, Implementation, Support, Operations). Product information was scattered across Google Docs, spreadsheets, GitHub, Slack, and face-to-face conversations, so there was no single source of truth or consistent internal or external roadmap.
By adopting Aha! as a central product hub with Slack and GitHub integrations, Banno consolidated ideas, requirements, job stories, and feature cards, and used saved reports to produce branded, customer-facing roadmaps. The result was clearer internal and external communication, daily team alignment, faster publishing of accurate roadmaps, and a shared view of priorities so teams know what to build and when.
