By adopting Aha!, Mercatus consolidated idea capture and roadmap planning into one system—using the Ideas portal, Strategy/Releases/Features and Jira integration. Crowdsourced upvoting and built‑in planning removed bottlenecks, cut manual formatting and handoffs, kept roadmaps on track, and freed the team to focus on higher‑value planning and faster delivery for teams and customers.
