Using data to improve crop production

H&T Agronomics, a forage and cropping advisory business based in Feilding, needed a better way to record activities and recommendations so those records could be easily shared with clients across the North Island. To solve this, they turned to Agworld and its Agworld app/platform to capture and distribute field data in real time.

Agworld equipped all 12 H&T agronomists and advisers with the Agworld app and connected several hundred farmer clients to the system. As a result, clients are always up-to-date with costed, mapped cropping plans and recommendations, jobs are completed more promptly, records are centrally accessible for review, and agronomists report higher daily productivity with reduced risk of confusion, delay or salvage situations.
