A AGRIVI Case Study
Moslavina Voce, Croatia’s largest apple producer, manages over 200 hectares at its Obreska orchard, growing nine apple varieties near Zagreb. The company faced strict compliance demands (Global G.A.P., HACCP), the need to justify consumer trust, and operational challenges around coordinating and tracking seasonal workers—while also preparing for a generational shift and attracting younger staff. Production manager Ivona Tupek moved from gut-feel decisions to data-driven management using on‑farm weather stations and scouting.
By implementing the AGRIVI software, Moslavina Voce centralized production management, digitized work orders and plant protection, and automated reporting for traceability and compliance. AGRIVI lets agronomists issue precise instructions (who, equipment, product amounts, monitoring, waiting periods, photos), automatically creates compliance reports (fields treated, products, active substances, dates) and tracks seasonal workers’ hours and productivity by field and variety via web and mobile apps. The outcome was lower administrative burden, improved communication and planning, stronger compliance with international standards, and a more modern, competitive operation.
