KWS, a global seed industry leader, wanted to strengthen customer loyalty, improve sales performance, and position itself as a digitally advanced brand. To do this, the company looked for a way to add premium digital services for growers and better support corn farmers with actionable insights. It partnered with Agremo and its aerial imagery software to power the DIGITAL4CAST program.
Agremo implemented a drone-based data analytics solution for KWS, including arable area, plant population, weed, stress, and yield estimation analyses, along with planning, flight support, and reporting. The program helped KWS improve customer service, gain better hybrid and grower insights, and build a trusted-advisor relationship with farmers; participation and project area doubled each year, and the initiative delivered stronger brand positioning, a more streamlined sales funnel, and better business intelligence for pricing and service design.
