JYSK Canada, part of the JYSK home furnishing retail chain, was facing rising inventory levels, too many employees involved in purchasing, and limited visibility as its store and SKU count grew. To address these challenges, JYSK turned to AGR Dynamics and its Inventory Optimiser solution, integrated with MS Dynamics NAV and LS Retail.
AGR Dynamics implemented customized demand forecasting and reporting for JYSK’s two distribution centres and 41 stores, using Manage by Exceptions reports to identify top sellers, slow movers, and stock-out risks. The solution improved automation and purchasing efficiency, reduced wastage, and helped JYSK cut inventory levels by over 30%, freeing up working capital and saving significant time in the purchasing process.
