Case Study: RATP drives continuous improvement with Agorize IDEA BOX

RATP “Station I RDS” Promote employees’ best ideas and initiatives for client transportation

RATP, the world's fifth-largest transportation group, sought to expand its continuous improvement processes by encouraging innovative ideas from all employees, including drivers without regular computer access. To address this challenge, they partnered with Agorize to implement a solution.

Agorize provided its IDEA BOX software, which fostered collective collaboration with simplified platform access. As a result, RATP successfully engaged its employees, who submitted 79 ideas. The Agorize solution led to 32 ideas being selected by an internal jury and 10 improvement projects being successfully launched, including a staff schedule exchange app and a system to optimize a tram driver's view of boarding passengers.
