L’Oreal sought to attract and hire top talent while positioning itself as a leading innovative brand and employer on a global scale through an engaging student program. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Agorize to implement a worldwide innovation competition.
Agorize provided a digitally-driven platform and program to run L’Oreal's Brandstorm competition, which included coaching from experts and opportunities for finalists to pitch to executives. The results for L’Oreal were significant, with 47,800 registered participants from 65 countries generating 4,000 innovations. The program was also a major recruitment channel, leading to 150-200 hires annually, and an overwhelming 99.5% of participants said they would recommend it.
