The beauty company partnered with Agorize to create an engaging, digitally-driven competition that would position L’Oréal as an innovative employer and address its key strategic challenges.
Using the Agorize platform, the solution was a worldwide program that immersed students in the innovation process. It included coaching from L’Oréal experts and culminated in finalists pitching to top executives. Agorize helped deliver impressive results, including 47,800 registered participants from 65 countries who submitted 4,000 innovations. The program also became a significant recruitment channel, leading to 150-200 hires for L’Oréal annually.
